All products listed (spices, herbs, dry fruits) are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
BS Brands reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders are confirmed once full details are received and payment method is selected.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation after successfully placing your order.
BS Brands reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier service, weather, or other external factors.
BS Brands is not responsible for delays once the order is handed over to the courier service.
Any delivery charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Perishable items like spices, herbs, and dry fruits are non-returnable unless:
The product was damaged during delivery.
The wrong item was sent.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

All orders are packed with care in food-safe packaging to ensure hygiene and freshness.
BS Brands is not liable for any damage caused by mishandling during delivery by third-party couriers.
